You may request cancellation of your IONAGE account at any time by submitting a written request via email to support@ionage.in
Upon receiving your cancellation request, IONAGE will verify your identity and process your request within 10 working days in accordance with this Account Cancellation Policy.
Upon cancellation of your account:
Any legal or contractual obligations arising prior to the effective date of account cancellation will remain enforceable. Cancellation does not absolve you of payment for any outstanding fees, charges, or dues incurred before the cancellation request.
IONAGE Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, especially for violations of applicable laws, fraudulent conduct, or breach of policy.
Upon account cancellation, your personal information will be retained for such a period as required by law and for the purpose of dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and enforcement of policy. Thereafter, all personal data shall be securely deleted, except as required for legal recordkeeping.
IONAGE may modify this Account Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Continued use of Services after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
