When you use our service ('IONAGE' app either on Google Playstore or Apple Appstore), we collect and store your personal information and vehicle related information which is provided by you. We do this to provide you a safe, efficient, smooth and personalized experience. This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs, and to customize the user experience meant for you.

We collect personally identifiable information such as the following:

• Profile Photo
• Location Information
• Vehicle Data

While you may be able to access some of our services without being a registered member, access to certain activities/features requires registration which will require you to provide access to the above information. We reserve the right to use your contact information to send you notification, updates, news or offers based on your activities and preferences.

2. USAGE OF YOUR INFORMATION

• Authenticate access to services. For example, Phone Number will be used for OTP authentication for account registration and login.
• Provide better services and usability features to you. For example, your location information will be used to find nearby charging stations to be plotted on to the map view.
• Uniquely identify users on our platform to provide a personalised service as well as safegaurd your transactions. For example, your Phone Number is used to identify and authorize all transactions including payments.

• Study and analyse the app usage patterns
• Troubleshoot problems
• Adhere to the policies and conditions
• Communicate with the you via SMS, email or push notifications on transaction details, offers, features, products or services
• Prevent Fraud

We will not be sharing any of your personally identifiable information(Name, Phone Number, Email ID, Profile Photo) to anyone for any reason. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us.

We will retain your Protected Information and Usage Information (including geo-location) for as long as your account with the Services is active and as needed to provide you services. Even after your account is terminated, we will retain your Protected Information and Usage Information (including geo-location, trip history, and transaction history) as needed to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, conclude any activities related to cancellation of an account, investigate or prevent fraud and other inappropriate activity, to enforce our agreements, and for other business reason. After a period of time, your data may be anonymized and aggregated, and then may be held by us as long as necessary for us to provide our Services effectively, but our use of the anonymized data will be solely for analytic purposes. We will delete your information once such information is no longer necessary for Services, or for legitimate or business purpose that is consistent with these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and all other applicable terms and policies
