CHALLENGES

As a new Charge Point Operator (CPO), Team Litz EV conducted extensive market research and interacted with several existing CPOs to understand the challenges and opportunities in the EV charging ecosystem. Based on these discussions and his observations, he identified several key challenges that needed to be addressed to build and operate a successful charging network.
